Thank you for praying earnestly for us over the last month, there have been many children who have been sick in our community. In early August all of the children were given a clean bill of health and released from the hospital, we are thankful that the Lord has answered our prayers. As you may remember at the end of August Myanmar was struck by a 6.8 magnitude earthquake, the epicenter was approximately 80 miles away from where we are located.
We were very scared when the earthquake struck and immediately ran outside for fear the buildings would fall down on top of us. Some children even jumped through windows from second story houses to get away, two of these children sustained injuries to their heads and legs. We admitted these children back to the hospital, and after one week of recuperation, they were well enough to be released. The earthquake was very strong, and our house rocked back and forth from the tremendous shaking, but the Lord is our protector. He kept our houses safe and allowed there to be no loss of life, praise the Lord!
For two days in the middle of August I visited the village of Letpantakar, while there we had a worship service and I was able to preach the Gospel. There were several believers that attended and even some new people from the community that joined us. The villages around Letpantakar are very rural and are largely undeveloped; there is no infrastructure that has been built. The people are from the Asho Chin tribe and are predominantly Buddhist with some that worship spirits as well, these people desperately need to hear the news of the Gospel! The Christians in the neighboring villages have come together and have made a specific plan to focus on reaching the people of the Asho Chin area with the Gospel! Please pray that as we unify in purpose and calling to this area that the Lord would strengthen us and allow us to go out boldly so that many people will become believers in Jesus.

- Please give thanks to the Lord for the vision of our reaching the people of the Asho Chin area with the Gospel.
- Please pray for our students that the Lord will protect them from the evil one so that they will do well in there schooling.
- Please pray for good health for my family, my children always get sick during this rainy season.
I thank the Lord that he has allowed me to be loved and cared for by you the supporters of White Fields. It uplifts my heart to know that we are members of Christ and I praise Him for your prayers and financial support.

In May, I had visited ten villages in three townships, such as Minhla, Mindung, and Ngaphe, to investigate for future outreach ministry opportunities. I shared the gospel to those who allowed me. These areas are very rural and undeveloped. The people in the villages impressed upon me how much they really need the gospel. Their standard of living is very low.
- Please pray for these areas, for outreach opportunities, and to be able to send more church planters to them.
Praise the Lord; I was able to baptize three new converts on May 22, 2016! Ma Tuza, Ko Maung, and Ko Yee Min all made the decision to be baptized. They are from the Athet-po and Tinpung villages. They were converted to Christ through the sharing of my co-worker in Athet-po village.
- Please give thanks to God for the conversion of three people and pray that they may grow in their faith.
We have been conducting programs to take care of students that come from villages and poor backgrounds. Their parents could not afford to send them to school. As government schools are opening on June 1st, they came to Padan to join the schools. We now have 20 students now, and more may join us soon. I hope to reach their villages through them.
- Please pray for our children’s education programs, they are joining government schools starting on June 1st.
- Please pray for our weekly services and Bible studies.

I have been taking care of 22 young people, primary and middle school students since last year. Every morning and evening we have worship services regularly. I had conducted a special teaching for two days from January 4-5, 2016, we taught them salvation, and 15 students among 22, have confessed that they received Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. Praise the Lord! I baptized them on January 10, 2016. Give thanks to God for that.
Our churches in villages were doing well. They all could have worship services, prayer meetings and home cells regularly. My co-workers were faithful in doing the service of God. We have visions for New Year 2016 that many more new people may be reached and shared the gospel and plan churches in more villages. Please do continue to pray for us.
- Please pray for this problem; that we can continue to use this building for our worship service.
- Pray that the Lord may open more doors to share the Gospel to new people.
- Please pray also for my family to have good health.
- Ppray for the new Pingyisan church building to pay off all the the debts. We have paid 70% so far. The remaining 30% will be paid at the end of February.

New Year Greetings to all my prayer partners! Thanks to your prayer help, my ministry is doing well. We have finished a new church building in Pingyisan village. We had a successful dedication service held on December 13, 2015. After a few days, the chief of the village reported us to the Court of Ann Township; but we thank God that He was with us and to this day, we can still use the church building for our worship service.
- Please pray for this problem; that we can continue to use this building for our worship service.
By the grace of God, our Christmas celebrations were a success! We had conducted Gospel training sessions, together with Christmas celebrations, from December 23-25 at Padan village. We invited people from villages, and about 200 people joined us. I would like to give thanks to God that we have 16 new converts; amongst them were 12 people that were baptized on Christmas Day!
We also had a New Years celebration at Sapohtaung village, in the mountain area, together with all of my co-workers. People from the village had joined us, and we shared the Gospel with them. They were all happy in celebrating the New Year together.
Please join us in giving thanks to God for the progress of the ministry, such as new converts, a new church building, and weekly services and programs.
- Please pray that the Lord may open more doors to share the Gospel to new people.
- Pray also for my family to have good health.
