White Fields pastors extend their reach into remote villages where many individuals have never even heard of God. These communities live in bondage to religious spirits that have dominated their ancestors for generations. Our pastors share the gospel of Jesus Christ and teach the people about salvation by grace through faith, using the Scriptures as their guide.

When I (Stephen Wheeler) travel to these villages, the people often express that no foreigner ever comes to visit them. I can share with them that they were once lost, but God has made a way for the truth of the Bible to find them, and now they can know the Creator of the universe.
The Shepherds Find Jesus
The shepherds in the first Christmas story searched for the Savior announced by the angels, and God guided them to find the newborn babe in a manger. A manger in a stable is not where you would typically expect to find an infant, but God has His own ways of revealing the truth. Faithful servants of Jesus Christ who proclaim the Good News are continually finding lost and impoverished people who need to hear the truth. Our pastors find them in the darkest, most remote villages around the world.
So they came in a hurry and found their way to Mary and Joseph, and the baby as He lay in the manger. Luke 2:16
In the same way, the Magi, after meeting with Herod, came out, and the star appeared, leading them to find the Child with Mary. God guided them to find Jesus so they could worship Him and present their gifts.
After hearing the king, they went their way; and the star, which they had seen in the east, went on before them until it came and stood over the place where the Child was. Matthew 2:9
We Have More Pastors Who Can Reach the Lost
We have identified numerous potential new pastors who have graduated from our Bible training program and are ready to help expand the number of churches in remote villages. Our Bible Schools are preparing additional pastors and church leaders who will go back to their communities, speaking the local dialect and living in the villages to proclaim the gospel. Your partnership in support and prayers helps us accomplish these goals.
Your Prayers Make A Difference
Please pray that God will provide the necessary funding to support more pastors in full-time ministry. Pray that God will strengthen the families of our pastors and prepare them to settle into their ministry communities. Additionally, pray that our Board of Directors will have the wisdom needed to make decisions that will guide the White Fields ministry effectively.

God leads His servants and guides us to find those who are ready to respond to the gospel. Even those who are lost and in the humblest circumstances can be found by the Lord, as He directs our pastors to seek out those in need who are willing to hear the Good News that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. The shepherds may not have expected to discover the Savior in a manger, and the Magi may have anticipated finding Jesus in a palace. However, each group wisely recognized that the miraculous signs of the angelic announcement and the guiding star led them far beyond ordinary circumstances, and they chose to worship the Savior.

God does not operate in exclusively normal circumstances. He can utilize your partnership alongside our pastors, who are reaching the lost in their own language, in their impoverished village, and can bring them to worship and believe in His Son.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, our entire staff, and my family –– Merry Christmas.

Students from our Churches in Myanmar gather for Bible College. On their first day in class, the new students read John 3:16 in the local dialect of their village.
