Pastor Posiano Turyomurunjendo
God’s Embassy Kiburasano

We extend warm greetings to you, our friends, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As God’s Embassy Kiburasano, we express heartfelt gratitude to the White Field Ministries for their unwavering support and prayers. Your contributions have enabled us to carry out God’s work effectively, preaching the truth and transforming lives in our community. We are beginning as a full-time church supporting multiple fellowship groups and serving in the Nyarushanje district.

May God bless you abundantly.

Recent Ministry

From Hardship to Hope: Emmanuel’s Journey of Faith and New Beginnings

We have seen God at work in the life of Emmanuel, 37, from Ndaggo. He is married to Evelyne, 30, and they have no children.

We met Emmanuel during home visits and found he lived with his grandmother. Emmanuel had grown up with her, later moved to Kampala for casual labor, and could not save enough to build his own house. Returning home, he had no resources, so his grandmother let him and his wife stay in one of her rooms.

During our visit, we shared the Gospel with him, and in his struggles, he gave his life to Christ. His grandmother opposed this decision and expelled him. He came to us for prayer, and after praying, he rented a small room for eight months. With help from friends, he eventually began building his own house. Now, he and his wife live in their completed home and trust God for a better future. He is grateful for answered prayers during hardship. Glory be to God.

Delivered from Distress: Neustine’s Testimony of Faith and Restoration

We also witnessed God’s power in Neustine’s life. Neustine, 44, is a widow and resident of Kyanika, and she is a mother of nine children.

We met this family during home visits and found them living in fear and distress. Neustine reported her family suffered spiritual attacks. Her husband became ill and died without medical care; afterward, her children experienced vomiting and intense fear.

When we visited, Neustine was deeply worried by these events. We prayed and invited her to church for support. She began regular attendance with her children. Through prayer and God’s Word, she now lives in peace.

The church now supports her with scholastic materials for her children. She thanks the Lord for saving her family and prays that God continues to provide for her children’s needs and school fees.

A Life Transformed: Lazarus’s Journey from Alcoholism to Faith and Leadership

The family of Lazarus, 55, and his wife Saraphinah, 50, lives in Kishanda. They have five children, four of whom are already married. Their youngest, Joel Asiimwe (13 years), studies at Ndaggo Center Primary School.

During home visits, we found Lazarus struggling with alcoholism. When intoxicated, he would lose his way home, and bar attendants would take his earnings from casual labor.

We encouraged him with Proverbs 20:1–2. Touched by the message and prayer, he reflected and soon began attending church, eventually giving his life to Christ.

He quit drinking and invited the fellowship to meet at his home. Now, he serves as association chairperson and is committed to the Lord. Through hard work, he built a home for his family. They thank God for this transformation and pray to remain faithful.

Redemption and Hope: Nicholas’s Journey to Faith and Family Restoration

Nicholas, 37, is a resident of Ndaggo. He is a single father of two children: Isaac, 8, and Ian, 6.

During our home visits, we saw his struggle with alcohol addiction. Because he drank and acted violently, his wife left. He cared for the children and sometimes left them with their grandmother so he could drink. We shared God’s Word, prayed, and encouraged him to attend church. After a service, he gave his life to Christ. He now attends regularly and prays for the restoration of his family. Glory be to God.

Prayer Requests and Praise

We thank the Lord for our growing fellowships as they preach the Gospel. This month, one group took a step of faith by purchasing evangelism equipment: two speakers, microphones, and a battery. This equipment is helping them reach many in the community with the Gospel.

Ongoing Ministries

Children’s Ministry

Children gather on Saturdays to learn Bible verses, practice songs, and prepare for Sunday presentations.

Women’s Ministry

Women participate in home evangelism and serve in a choir that ministers on the last Sunday of each month, practicing every Saturday.

Men’s Ministry

Men are involved in development, intercession, and evangelism. They also visit men who stopped attending church, encouraging them to return and remain strong in faith.

Training

We train members through Bible study and delegate practical tasks in different departments such as Sunday School, Fellowships, Church programs, Intercessory ministry, and Foundation classes.

We hold training meetings every Tuesday. We study Titus 1–3, focusing on the qualifications and responsibilities of church leaders. We encourage members to keep reading this book to deepen their understanding.

Outreach

We reach the community by visiting homes, holding fellowships, and leading extended prayer outreaches. Active fellowships include:

  • Nyabushenyi Fellowship – Thursday – Hosted by Obadiah
  • Kahoko Fellowship – Friday – Hosted by Richard
  • Ndaggo Fellowship – Friday – Hosted by Dehogracious
  • Kyanika Fellowship – Friday – Hosted by Geoffrey

Each fellowship has more than 25 members and serves as a center for teaching, prayer, and evangelism. This past month, we visited 30 homes and reached 89 men and 119 women.

2025 Ministry:

We have seen God at work in the life of Byaruhanga, who is married to
Musimenta. They have two children: Ahurira (10 years) and Ahereza (6 years). They are residents of Karuhara Cell, Nyarushanje. During our home visit, we found that Ronald was suffering from severe pain resulting from an accident he had experienced while returning home from working abroad. He had sought treatment from different hospitals without success. Some of his friends advised him to seek help from witch doctors, but this did not bring healing either. Often, when proclaiming salvation by faith in Jesus Christ, we must first convince the person to reject spirits and witchdoctors.

When we met him, we counseled him and shared the Word of God, encouraging him to trust in
God for healing. We prayed with him and invited him to church for continued prayers. After some days, he was brought to church. We prayed for him and encouraged him to fast. He fasted for three days, and on the final day, the pain began to subside; later, he was completely healed. He testified with joy, thanking the Lord for his healing. He is now able to work without pain. This opened the door to proclaim that Jesus is the Lord and that one should submit their life to Jesus Christ.

Since his healing, He has stopped spending money on witch doctors, and he has started saving
money. He has also purchased a motorcycle, which supports his transport needs and the family income by sharing rides with others. Please continue to pray for this family that they will grow in their knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ.

Praises:

We praise the Lord for His goodness this month.
As a church, we have:

  • Supported over 15 children from vulnerable families with scholastic materials such as
    books, sets, pencils, and pens
  • Encouraged them to continue with their education
  • Motivated Sunday School children by giving them prizes for their participation and
    service.

Testimony of the Power of the Gospel

We visited the family of Twesigye, who are residents of Ndaggo Cell, Nyarushanje. During our visit, we found that the family was facing serious challenges: The husband struggled with alcoholism. He had sold household property to support drinking. He frequently fought with his wife. Sometimes he slept on roadsides

We counseled him and shared the Word of God, including Proverbs 20:1–2, teaching about the dangers of alcohol. We prayed with him and encouraged him to attend the fellowship.

He responded positively by beginning to attend church, and then one Sunday, he gave his life to Christ. Since then, He stopped drinking. He began serving the Lord and now serves as a church usher. His wife also serves in the ushering ministry.

They testified that God has transformed their lives. They have built a permanent house. Their children are in school. Peace has been restored in their home. They continue to pray for the strength to serve God faithfully.

Ladies Ministry Continues

We praise God for the ladies in our fellowship who have engaged in evangelism to their neighbors. Their efforts in visiting other women in the community have greatly helped mobilize members of the church and encourage others to share the gospel in the Nyarushanje district.

As a fellowship group, we began to establish a regular worship service. Now we can serve regularly with worship services on Sunday mornings. We also thank God for the support of members in cementing our church floor, in purchasing choir uniforms, and in increasing the enthusiasm of the congregation.

Ministry Activities

Our ministries are active in the following ways:

Children’s Ministry: Our Sunday school, Young Ambassadors, focuses on Bible reading and memorization of Bible verses. The children present what they have learned in Sunday School during the morning church services.

Youth Ministry: The youth meet every Saturday for practice, engaging in new songs, dance, and football, all beginning with the Word of God.

Adult Ministry: Adults participate in praise and worship, learning new songs and worshipping the Lord together.

We continue training new members through Bible study, assigning them tasks in home evangelism and Sunday ministry. Please pray for these leaders.

Pastor Stephen visited Kiburasano village to greet the members of the new church. We had a wonderful time of singing praises and worship. We opened the Word of God, and many church members had the Rukiga Bibles in their laps as we preached. This fellowship group has grown and is now ready to serve faithfully as a whole ministry church with Sunday morning services. The fellowship group members have already built a small gathering place to host their services.

Prayer needed for new members

The church is currently training these new believers to serve as ministers.
Edith – Sunday School Leader
Promise – Choir Leader
Anthony – Prayer fellowship Leader
Justine  – Usher

We encourage them all to grow through daily Bible reading, faithful study of God’s Word, and a regular habit of prayer.
